Only 35,000 pieces were produced over four models, and Memomatics have risen steeply in value over the last couple of years. DeleteThe best option, I believe, would be to trawl the global electronic auction sites like eBay. They usually have a search function for completed listings.
The above allows you to survey a reasonable volume of sales to arrive at a reasonable estimate of price.
